No check valves so I will be draining below the water. Now that you mention it I may change that down the road but for now I'll see how this setup works. Everything just got here. I'm surprised it didn't come with a single bit of instruction. Would have been nice of them to recommend some pump mounting locations and hose routing. Oh well I probably wouldn't have read it anyways! Hopefully I'll get a chance to get started with the installation tomorrow but it will likely be Friday before I get time. I'll post some pics of the final product and hopefully get the boat on the water next week for a trial run!
