Tower is Powder Coated

Did u have the tower powder coatded or did it come like that? If u did was it expensive?

next on my list is to do the chrome x on my exile speakers white, and the window trim black

Came like that, but i can see if i can get a cost up here, i know our Dealer AWS will powder coat new towers.

How is the plastidip holding up on the MOOMBA letters. Has it started to come off. Water is way more abusive than air, I would assume it would not last like it would on a car. Let me know

It holds up great in the water, no issues, i did let it cure for a couple weeks before i was brave enough to start wiping it down when i clean the boat. I am still careful of the corners. So fare using my bumpers at the dock has been fine as well.

The letters dont stand up to direct contact with a dock LOL.



But i repaired that 1 letter and you cant tell now.

i did my tower..but i have to do a few more coats, and i just started to tape off my window trim to do that black to help out with the black tower

the other thing about plastidip ( that i noticed ) is, its not kinda like your regular paint..if you get " to close " it will still dry up and look smooth..my buddy did his rim in black and we just went to town on it and when it was wet it looked a little crappy but when it dried it looked smooth and done like a pro haha
