Depending on what pump you go with, you may want to run the 3/4" version of the Irritrol 700s.

Agree. The Irritrol 3/4" valves are noticably faster than the stock Orbit valves.

I'm running dual Rule 2000's off the 3/4" inlet. I have the 3/4" Irritrol valve. No problems and my surf bag (750) fills in about 7.5 min.

Is there still a switch on the Irritrol valves so that the bags don't fill while under way unless the helm switch is on?

There is no switch on them, there is a lever that slightly loosens the solenoid to allow for manual operation of the valves. I removed the levers on mine because they were always in the way. I have run over 30 MPH and not had a drop get in the bags. These valves are strong enough to keep the water out when not energized.

I only have the one Irritrol valve on my surf bag but it doesn't let any water in.
