Air Bags in the rear are your best bet.
The tongue weight on the mojo is likely higher than your truck is rated for (different discussion I wont' bother with it now) but adding air bags in the rear will stiffen the rear up and eliminate the squat and the pogo stick effect that's causing your shocks to go bad so quickly. It's not a function of new shocks.
