Ours should be completed TODAY.. (4/20 duuuude)... that is... unless it's missing a HORN, AKA "the Quacker". ...all it does is make quack sounds anyway. Tradition on our boat is the better you do on your run, the more "quacks" you get when it's over. If you get 5 duck quacks, ...means you're killin' it.

...oddly enough, 5 Horn blasts means: "This horn signal indicates danger and can be used to communicate potential collision with another vessel."..not like anyone can hear it. lol

I mean, they say you only are required to have a horn OR a whistle... and I got a Whistle.. just sayin. send it.

Hopefully won't have to wait too much longer.. the wait is killing me too.

Default 2021 Craz Spray Date Reserved

I did notice my 21 horn sounds completely different than my 18.

Perhaps there are multiple supplier options.

My horn only delayed things less than a week I believe I just thought it was comical that the entire boat was finished and ready expect it couldn't ship because of a cheap little quacker

I just heard that the horn was installed on Friday and boat is ready. I'm in South Carolina and my dealer drives to Maryville to pick up his builds, so just waiting for him to schedule the trip. Definitely this week.

As an FYI, I did a factory tour last week and there was a bit of back-up in the finishing section for boats waiting on various parts. However, I think SC has done a great job of managing through various backlogs and shortages (I've heard of other manufacturers that haven't been so fortunate).

I second this, silver flake looks too much like funfetti to me. There's one at my marina and it's a pretty boat but it has way too many bright colors to me and is far too reflective.

They're limited but open, talk to your dealer. I highly recommend! Really cool to see the process and the attention to detail. Everything is done by hand. I was especially impressed with the quality inspection points along the process. Things were marked for correction that I could barely see even after they were marked up.
