Yes, I recall all the SS clamps were provided. On my last boat, I had a Side Mount Option that supported the pipe real good. It was mounted/drilled to the swim platform. It was years ago, but I think I used some different SS screw/bolts on the install. Also used some debond to get the original flanges/flappers off the boat. Then used some 5200 on the reinstall back to the transom.
