To me, it’s like a light switch out there when the snow starts flying.

My friends posted some pics on Facebook tonight of the fire north of the city.

Last few times I was out there it was easy to see all the strips of dead pines. Add some lightning strikes and YIKES.

Great check list you put together for winterizing. I used a shop vac this year on ballast lines and cooling lines. I liked the results better than blowing and getting water everywhere.

I've always been a little hesitant to share my checklist because it highlights my OCD for toy routine maintenance... But this is what I do.

Great list!.....OCD is kicking in, but I am with you...better safe then sorry and if I sell my boat, people will know its been well taken care of. This in NO WAY harps on people who do less! Everyone gets their own piece of mind in different ways. Thank you for sharing that!

I have a 2018 mojo. How do I make a fake a lake or can I use one of the hoses that I unscrew to drain the block to add the antifreeze through? And how long can I safely run the boat via a fake a lake?

I have no experience with the pain in the butt plunger style that goes under the boat. I installed the Indmar sea strainer flush kit, which provides your water hookup point and use a hose and bucket combo to provide the pink stuff. How do you store? If inside it should be ok just to drain all ports and leave it that way until spring -- I don't think you would pick up any corrosion issues.
