Got it, Thanks. I'm pretty sure thats the processor. Called Perfect Pass this AM and they were very helpful and gave me some suggestions to try first.

Called Perfect Pass and they told me to check the plug-in connections at the harness. Sure enough, I had a broken wire that was still crimped but not making connection. Repaired it and speed is now registering.
