It's got everything you need for several repairs.

That looks like a pretty solid kit for a fair price, I think I'll get that ordered and give it a shot. Asked sandm the same question - the board was in the water after the damage, should I let it sit to dry out before sealing it up?

Yes, you don't want to trap any moisture as that will likely cause a failure in the epoxy curing. You don't have to keep the board in the sun, just give it a few days to dry out before applying the repair.

Phix Doctor has some youtube vids that walk you through the entire process as well.

Sheesh, dude, I'm glad you're ok. If boats are close enough to damage my surf board, that's too ****ing close!

Looks beautiful. I miss lakes that have trees and greenery. Pure desert out here.

It is a sacrilege to have boats tied to the dock when the water looks like that. We get that maybe 3 times a season

I know!! Lol I took that pick when I was leaving the house for work. Not gonna lie, the thought of calling in sick was looming large in my head.

Actually, most mornings and evenings look like this. The caveat is that we only have about for months of warm weather up here.

Fortunately no one was surfing at the time. Was putting along to our swim spot and there was a boat behind me pulling a tuber closing in quick and a second boat to my right starting to make a turn towards me.. To my left was a point that gets shallow so I rolled onto the the throttle to get out ahead and away from them, hit a wave, the board bounced and the wind caught it flipping it up into the windshield. Crappy situation all around but no one was hurt and no serious damage to anything other than the board so I'll take it. Lake has been filled with what seems like first time boaters, especially from all of the stories from the boat ramp.
