Did you think about drilling a small hole at the back end of that channel so it can act like a drain?

Probably just a one off , but you never know. Was 50$ in material and about 2 hrs time. Unfortunately , time for me lately is damn near priceless.

Based on what goose said about the draft sensor location along the different models of boats I am assuming it won’t fit due to the depth of the Max being more than the Helix. I thought they were the same depth.

.063 aluminum 5052 , wanted it easy to handle. It came out pretty stiff considering material thickness. Was going to do .1 or .125 , but for ropes and jackets didn't see the need

I would think using .1 you wouldn't need too put the bend in the middle for rigidity, if you didn't load it up. I believe .125 I was quoted around 80$ for materials
