Your gunnels will actually be your accent color on the Max not your deck color, just FYI. The deck color is only visible on your seat bases, glovebox area, and on the middle of the bow of the boat. If you had a blue, red, green, etc. accent you will see that color on your gunnels and it actually rolls into the interior of the boat. When you see a Max in person, I think you'll understand what I'm talking about. Some photos on this link may help explain, you can see how the black accent rolls into the interior.
