30K isnt that bad a price really, 24SSV are still high 30s boats and thats with a lot of hours.
i wouldn't be surprised if this was someone who Auctioned the boat, Repoed the boat or just finally said I'm done and sold it to the dealer for what they owed.
I am worried about the true 100 hours, the interior suggests a lot of time sitting in the sun and weather. Rust stains in the carpets, most of the carpet looks really nasty. All the seats looks dry and about to crack.
Engine isnt bad looking and has a closed water cooling system which suggests it was a salt water boat. You can tell the boat sat in a slip a lot, but the lower end being so oxidized and work looking.
If you where to get this boat, you should expect a new interior, carpet, and 1-2k in engine drive line repairs upgrades to make her truly reliable.
