Honestly i think its because even though its a Moomba, from afare everyone thinks its a Malibu, and SC doesnt want to advertise the other boat LOL.

The new OZ tower you can see the cut outs from a distance still so it shows its not a Malibu.
This is just my thinking, i have not herd anything offical.Malo <--- Means--Evil or Mean One. This explains a lot.
