Snowboarding training
My son is on a snowboard team and last night they had airbag training to practice aerials. Here a short clip.

Coach said he's ready to do the front flip in competition, but he needs more work on the front rodeo. They weren't allowed to do backflips or anything that required their edges because the take-off was icy.

Crazy, i didn't even realize there were coaches and teams for snowboarding, I guess I always thought it was just an individual sport. I would think wakeboarding should help his snowboarding in the summer and vice-versa.
