Riding IS Squirt, also have the mucus but I haven't tried it yet. Ideas, thoughts suggestions?
not sure, but that seems like a lot of weight in the front.

I have the LSV, I run a 400 (V-Drive Sac in rear port locker), 400 mid-port side (beside seat), and the integrated front ballast full. and i get a wake like this..

I'm going to upgrade the rear to a 750 and move 400 to the bow i think

also, i ride a big ass red woody

I'll take a vid next time we go out, but it looks close to that... The XLV takes a TON of weight in general whether wakeboarding or surfing -- the factory GravityIII didn't even come close for surfing. How much weight is your integrated bow sack?

Another short contribution thanks to Boonjeepin and his GoPro. I can't believe some of you guys aren't running more weight in the bow. Starting to discover good improvements in shape and length going heavier.

So when is this "old enough to know better" supposed to kick in?

As far as swamping the boat, can't say I ever have... but can't say same for wife. Not often but it has happened. I will agree with the rest that it takes alot to roll my XLV on it’s side for surfing. 1100 surf v-drive locker, 1150 ski locker, 500 on observer seat, 500 on surf side bow, about 500 off surf v-drive locker. It’s tall, steep, and long with plate down running 12. I love it, but some have a problem with it’s vertical wall and transition to the flat at the bottom. Definitely have to stay back on the board. I’ve got some pics and videos on this thread somewhere.

your pocket looks nice and long but not too high, with a little more height i think it would be bang on

I'd love to try something like that on a pure glass morning...

Any guess how much weight they are running?

Yup, back corner is right at level or under at rest... Crazy.

Only 2 in front - hidden ballast, maybe IBS?

Definitely seems to be riding nose high though - more than most I've seen.
