Allright, before we all go too crazy, let's give them a chance. Brenda, mentioned above, called me while I was on the road today but I couldn't hear a dang thing. By the time I got to call her back she was gone but a Manager from the company called me and we had a very good conversation. The result is that we are going to give it another try. He is going to send some much better application instructions and send a whole new set for the side that got messed up. I'll post up the instructions I get from him as soon as it's all received. They are working hard to resolve all our issues, including with the alignment and the bubbling issues. They recognized that, despite the fact I'm not really their direct customer, the instructions for this particular product should have been better and they are working to remedy this. So, let's give them a chance. I am really impressed with the transom decal so I think they deserve a shot to try to rectify. Let's see how it goes.
