Moomba warranty

Anybody with good knowledge able to give a clear rundown on what the Moomba warranty really covers. I read the warranty info and it mentions lifetime hull, stringers, floor, 5 year on parts for "covered components" and 2 yr warranty for parts and labor for "covered components". Then Indmar has its own warranty.
Just wanted to get a concise, comprehensive, clear, legalese free explanation of what warranty covers.
I bet one can summarize in 10 simple lines what it covers, if we leave the lawyers out of it.

I ask because my brother in law, who is looking at a Max, asked me, and although I have an idea, I just wasn't entirely clear. Looked at the warranty info and it left more questions. But, then again, maybe that's the whole point.
