Default 2022 Mondo ballast fill issues

Hey all — first time poster and hoping someone’s run into this before as I haven't been able to find much advice. Perhaps I'm just searching on the wrong criteria.

I’ve got a 2022 Mondo with the 6 pump system. Started with the rear bag over-inflating and pushing the storage bin up and popping the back platform up. Then the front bow bag did the same thing. All of this was with auto wake on. I also noticed the service panel on the port seat under-seat bag popped the panel off. Attached photo - no tears in the bag just pushed the service panel up.

I ran the system manually and everything seems normal aside from the under seat bags getting extremely taut. With the panel off the bag expands even further up. Which doesn't seem great.

Has anyone dealt with similar issues? Especially the side bag pushing the seat panel up like this — was it a vent line issue, a valve, or something else?

Any other tips? I don't seem to have a lot of air in the system but maybe I'm missing something?!

Appreciate any help you can provide and thanks in advance! IMG_2812.jpgIMG_2811.jpg

Your fill sensors need reset and/or calibrated. You are over filling and the sensors are not shutting them off.
My 2015 didn't have these and you could fill them all day until they popped or the pump gave out. The G6 system can easily over fill enough to pop them.
Sensor are on the vent lines. You could have clogged vents also (aka kinked hose).
