Part number for Lenco Actuator for Wakeplate?

Took the boat (2016 Mojo) out for the first time this weekend. Everything worked perfectly initially, but after a couple riders, I completely lost control of the wake plate and it wouldn't move on the start up sequence anymore. When I got the boat out of the water, I turned the key to run and heard the two surf tabs actuate but the wake plate actuator made a "thunk" and wouldn't move. Pretty sure it needs to be replaced. I took a picture but after I put the boat away, I noticed that the picture is very blurry and I am now out of town for the next few days. Does anyone have the part number for the wake plate actuator?

Try this post on here. It is about replacing that actuator. If it is not the same one, do a search on here for lenco actuator, there are several old threads about them.
