Ayone ever rebuild one of these? One of mine is getting power but the shaft the green impeller is on is not spinning. I have removed it from the boat but haven't started taking it apart yet.

Any debris blocking impeller? I would see if you can try and break it free with a pair of pliers.

The shaft spins by hand, just not when plugged in and getting power applied to it.

The windings are shot. Not worth rebuilding. New one is $200, and I never have seen a rebuild kit for the motor.

Actually I am wrong here. The replacement pump is a Jabsco Puppy 18670 series - 8-9 GPM. They are $385 and discontinued.

Wakemakers is selling you a 18220 series which is 9gpm at $250 and the replacement version.
