It appears to be a post CAT O2 fault. Mostly caused from water on the sensor.
I doubt the catalyst went bad unless you flooded your bilge or had water travel up the exhaust.

Check the wires for damage from the dividers and check your surf pipe for cracks that would let water in.

Otherwise probably nothing
