I made the list of stuff to fix and clean at the lake house last night, went to bed and had a nightmare that I broke the drive shaft on the boat. :/ It needs cleaning. I bought a new radio to get rid of the circa 2005 disk/radio.

It is quite a list of work, I think I also need a new roof but that I'll hire out. I could make the same list for the house at home but that would just be depressing
