Wire the new harness up to your existing power, speaker, and remote wires, then put your radio in and plug the harness into the new radio. Voila...install complete.

What brand remote do you have? I swapped out my kenwood last week, but lost the external out for the aware remote. Should I hook to the steering wheel wire?

also, anyone know what that type of plug is called on the back of the old deck? maybe I can find the other matching end at radio shack so I can keep the wiring harness detachable.
