Sorry I missed the q till now. In 9 channel set-up (2 amps) You run your front rca's from your deck to the amp powering your interior speakers. Even though it is technically a 5 channel amp you can you have 3 rca inputs on the amp.
You flip the switch that lets the 4 high pass channels run off of one set of rca's. You then can chose to run an additional rca from the deck sub output to signal the sub for better control through your deck, or flip the switch and let the single set of rca's run the whole amp. That is why most muli-channel amps have a remote bass boost because if you let the one rca set run the amp then you loose bass control. This is in case you have a limited amount of rca outputs on the deck.
Then you bridge the towers to the other amp and run those off of the rear rca out-put, and switch it to single signal input, as razz pointed out earlier.
