Rear audio transom remote 2024 Supra SV

I have the rear audio transom remote on my boat that I know works as you can turn the dial to raise or lower the music but I cant get a screen to show up on the unit it is just blank so you don't know how to adjust anything? Am I missing something? Does it have to be turned on or is the screen just faulty? Thanks for any advise as I cant find any instructions on how to use this unit.

Just wondering does anyone even have the audio transom remote on their supra? If so can someone explain how it works.
