I must be getting old because I won't ride much anymore unless the water is like that. The place we have been going the last 15 years every 4th there are usually the same people or groups every year. I've seen a black Makai on a galvanized trailer a few years and finally got to talk to them and ask why galvanized. We don't have any brackish water around here and you rarely see a wakeboat on Puget Sound. He said the people who custom ordered the boat opted for that trailer, then never bought the boat. Go figure.

I'll have to see if anyone got picks of my son on the foil. He had a ton of slack on the 2nd wave but never dropped the rope. Considering he's about 6'7" he looks like he's WAY above the water. LOL
So when is this "old enough to know better" supposed to kick in?

After 14,217 360 attempts and still not riding one out I've started trying to get some airs as this Doomswell is a pretty fast board. It will probably only take another 13,478 tries before I get fins out of the water.

My 'little boy' towering over the foil... Neither of us have been able to free ride yet but he's come the closest.

Saw this title and was worried I would fall out of my chair and spill my beer watching it. I didn't. Yet....

haha... back in the 2012 polar bear, me and a guy helped Scotty from Sanger unload 1500lbs out of his 237(had it in illegally for the event) in the parking lot at dusk and I kept thinking to myself "are we done yet"??? my arms were sore that night.....

If I had to do it over again, I would have replumbed add'l ballast bags the SL. I would give up some under the seat space.

I usually carry 800-1000#s of lead and trailer the boat. Having just fixed some issues on a different trailer, it got me thinking of the weight on the boat axels.

I always figured that tige were using the same axles on my z3/r23 trailers as they were on the larger surf barges and they were quite a bit heavier than mine. storage was maxed with ballast so lead was the only option to gain another 500 each side.
the 2025 sl is almost a grand dry weight over yours so if supra is using the same axles should be a non issue.
