Also ordered and installed a FAE. This is not an easy process but if you go slow, follow instructions, and "practice" the installation (before doing it with the sealant) it will go smoothly. As the instructions say, be very liberal in your application of the 5200 sealant. It should look messy right after you finish and you can easily clean up later.

I also purchased the upgraded baffle, which is a serious pain to remove. That said, one *major* suggestion/tip/trick for removing the stock baffle: Take a wire coat hanger, bent it, and pushed it up between the stock baffle and rubber exhaust rubbing, with the straw sprayer of WD40 in between, (see picture below). Spray some WD40 once inserted. I did this in 3-4 areas working my way around the baffle and it slide right off like butter.
