Cool video. I think the pro skim boarder from the MC Team, Austin Keen has a video on this too. That guy can ride.

Someone posted a video last summer of a wakeboarder doing that. Dude was really ripping with speed to get around.

Hope the copy-cats are ready to throw that boat in reverse if their rider runs out of steam on the whip-around in front of the boat . . .

That is actually impressive and they made that look easy. The thing that scares me is that really takes a skilled driver. What happens when a bunch of weekend warriors start trying things like this. Just really scary thinking about a rider going that close in front of the boat. Anything could happen if the rider falls and the driver panics or hits the throttle. Makes me really nervous just to think about and I have done some stupid things in my life. I'm also a father of a 15 month old daughter so maybe I view things a little different these days. I'm also getting older. Just be safe out there everyone!!

We've done it skiing as well. They make it look super easy but I think it's gotta be easier at slower speeds on a wakeboard and a tower.
I love me some Austin Keen videos, I so want to hijack a wave on a skim board.
Soo looking forward to hijacking waves this summer on the foil board I just picked up.
