So we finally got warm enough to install the new flooring. It has to be above 60 degrees to install properly. Ot was much easier than I expected, and only took about an hour not including cleaning the fiberglass floor. So 2.5 hours maybe. After helping with th he first piece around the helmet seat I decided to just let Zandar go ahead and do it himself. Looks good. I did the same thing this weekend.

original flooring was snap in. it didn't last 2 years. hopefully the gatorstep will be a longer lasting answer
