I did not buy from them. I found the boat in Connecticut and went and picked it up. I too was worried about service since I didnt buy from them. I have had 2 warranty claims (output shaft seal leaking oil) they have treated me great. I would buy from them and will continue to have my boat worked on by them in the future. I do all minor maintenance and winterization myself.
