Alternator Delay
On my the 16 mojo after the initial engine start it takes a few minutes of cruising before the alternator kicks in. I notice the voltage is around 11.5V and can slowly drop to around 9 before the alternator starts and then it instantly goes to 14V.
It becomes in issue when I forget to check the voltage and start filling ballast and bumping tunes. Voltage will get to around 9V before I get about 5 error codes and the stereo cuts out. Thankfully I have a 2 battery setup but it still doesn't seem like right to me. Why doesn't the alternator start working right away? Anyone else notice a similar issue? It seems to be happening more frequently lately and I don't know why. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.2016 Mojo

Haven't seen this on mine....I'll check next time out and try to post back. I definitely know that I haven't got the error codes you are speaking of.

Update: Only happens after I turn off the main battery switch. I also think one of my batteries is shot.
