I recently had this same issue. We ran around the lake for an hour or so and sat, had lunch and then nothing. It wouldn't crank over or catch. I was finally able to get it to turn over after it sat for about an hour and a half, i figured the problem to vapor lock and as I only have the single high pressure pump. Most guys on here add a second low pressure pump to feed the high but I went a conservative approach since that second pump runs about $400 bucks and Im bleeding money with this boat. I wrapped my fuel lines in tinfoil / Velcro together stuff thats supposed to keep out 90% of the heat. Ive run it a couple of times and haven't had an issue since. Im also way more diligent with running the blower and I also try and let it idle for 3-5 minutes before fully shutting her off for a longer period of time. If it dies on my again, Im going to add a second pump for piece of mind. Next time it does it, try and dump some cold water on the fuel rail and pump and see if that gets her running sooner.
