All the '18's in my local showroom now have aluminum from the factory. mine's an '18, must have been either an early build, or a friday build

How do the newer boats panels work? My '12 LSV has hinges at the bottom that hold the panel and allow it to fold down into the compartment where the sacs are. All I had to do was reinforce the panel itself. Just curious as to what the set up is nowadays.

I wouldn't pay what wakemakers is asking for the reinforcements either. You can buy these at home depot or menards for 1/3 the price for the panel reinforcements.
