    Spent the weekend at a lake I'd never taken my boat to (just visited in years past with friends). The lake was an hour and 20 minutes from home. We teamed up with another family; they brought the 5th wheel and provided the food, we brought the boat. Had an RV space with a boat slip about 100 feet away.

    Since we got up there pretty quick after work, we were able to get in a quick surf session on Friday evening. I went last and got in a fun night surf. it was still 85 degrees at almost 9pm. Pretty rare for up here.



    Brought a 2nd handle and did my first doubles wakeboarding, father/son style.


    And of course the wife surfed her little heart out.

    I've touched my boat once since the Jam... It's been disappointing the weather has sucked down here too, so that doesn't help.
    We have been flying like crazy. I took this yesterday leaving Vegas. That's a line of 12 planes behind us waiting to takeoff.

    And this is our route into Houston... The controllers here are infuriating. Had a straight shot to the airport, but no, we had to go through the weather. Idiots...
