My depth finder on the 2014 Supra SC is coming back with dubious results somewhat frequently.
Perhaps it needs a little cleaning? Where is it located?
Thanks in advance!

Mine will max out at 100 and will read 100 until I go back below that. What issue are you seeing?

I am riding in 9 feet of water and the depth finder will read a similar pattern:
2ft, 3ft, 100ft, 8.6ft (correct), 100ft
It's either really low, really high, or correct.
For example it will never show 40ft it's either 2, 3, 100, or correct.

Are you guys using thru hull or in hull transducers? Mine is mounted next to factory airmar speedo in bilge. I installed myself, but requires glycol to get an accurate reading when shooting through the hull (fiberglass). So if it is an in hull style, make sure there is a glycol based fluid in housing. I use RV antifreeze.

It's right next to the v drive gear box in the bilge. FYI my sc 350 was showing same behavior at the end of my first year. Then just read 100ft all the time. They replaced the whole Triducer under warranty and it fixed the issue
I installed a new triducer unit that Skiers Choice sent me free of charge under warranty and that resolved the issue.
Thanks for the tip K_Dubbs and thanks Skiers Choice!![]()
