I can't find any info on the bow nose sprayer your talking about.

How ever, if I was to do what your thinking I would go more towards the shower hose route.

Exp, you want fresh water but in the bow, so run a hose from the engine bay to the bow, with a sprayer head on it.
To make it work, you need to just T off the fresh water intake, you can buy a small pipe with a T fitting at HD, then put a 1/4 turn valve on it.

This way when you beach up, you open the 1/4 turn, the weight of the boat will pressurize the line enough to use it.
