That's easy for us to say, but if he only has budget for a boat and not for a new/used tow vehicle too, then it doesn't make much sense to have the boat that he wants if he can't tow it anywhere. 
At the end of the day it's his decision which way to go, all we can really do is give him "food for thought" and I think all of these posts have done that plus some.
Either way -- whether Mojo or Mondo or even OBV -- I think we could all agree that he would enjoy the new boat over his current runabout hands down!!
