Dick Popes are awesome. I used to have some skis like that. I have some preferance for them over the new stuff, when talking combo skis

Thanks, and I agree on the chase boat views. It's more fun to watch other people ride too because you get the 3D view of their jumps vs the 2D side to side perspective from the tow boat.

It's funny you say that, that's the only reason we had the skis out was to make two signs for our places at the lake, then the boys started playing around with them and before you know their skiing on them

Looks like I'll be relegated to captain duty for the TX Jam. The glassy water on the Trinity River had me feeling frisky out on the slalom when my back leg just gave out while trying to dip an elbow one last time. Doc says I tore both heads of my calf muscle - two weeks in a boot & then 4-6 weeks of rehab. Gawd, it sucks to get old(er)...
