I am having some serious boating withdrawls. The snowboarding is just no substitute for a day on the lake. As I am feeling nostalgic, so I am attaching some pictures of Memorial Day '06 in the Sierras. We awoke Saturday to an inch of snow, but my Outback was already in the water. How often do you get to slalom in the snow?
Yes, that is a shorty wet suit.
It's hard to have good form when it is 25F and you are being pelted with snow.
Any other hardcore skiers out there??
Dave
Now that's double tough........you get my vote on that hard core thing

Wow now that is some braging rights there! Come on spring time
Here in minnesota my friends and I will start skiing in late April and stop in october.. I have never skiied in 25F wheather so you win. The worst was skiing in about 40-35f while it was raining that sucked.
Great Pics !! Yep, winter Sucks.
I AM WITH YA... No Snow here.. but I am very ready for some wakeboarding..
Actually coming to Reno / Tahoe in 2 weeks for a tradeshow and some of that"replacement skiing" on snow...
Actually hoping for snow on that one... but want 90 Degrees here!!
Yeah, winter sucks. Snowboarding is good but not good enough. Now, hiking up a mountain, having a beer on a great view, then snowboarding down... that's close.
Or maybe not. Anyone doing any work on their boat?
We haven't even gotten much snow. Thank goodness they have snow-making at all of our resorts. I am beginning to wonder if we will have enough water in the reservoirs this summer.
Now I'm just complaining!

04OUTBACK - Enjoy yourself while you are here. Try to take a trip up to Lake Tahoe if you can. It is beautiful.
