




What I linked is simply a pass-thru to dress up the spot where the harness would pass through the deck and not a connector. If the tower folds away from this area, then a service plug would be needed. If the tower fold toward this area, then leaving some slack would be best. Fold the tower down then, then set the harness length.
There are deck fittings that serve as both a connector and pass-through. The deck half gets the in-boat side of the harness connected to it, then the fitting is secured to the deck. The mating half would have the tower side of the harness terminate to it. I know the come in 2-conductor, but not 100% sure if they come in a 4-conductor version.
