I was wondering if anyone has any experience with only installing a canopy without a lift.
I'm considering doing it for the pontoon. Moomba stays above the water LOL.
Our side of the lake is protected from the wind since the lakehouse is on a hill facing west.
The pontoon is the go to boat for everything and everyone except for watersports, and is moved and docked quite a few times a day during weekends.

My only concern with a lift is that guests and kids (teenagers) will damage the boat or lift parking the boat.
On the other hand we have tall trees on shore and the mess gets blown onto the boat so a canopy would be nice.

Advice?
