Has anyone had issue before?

I recently purchased 2x seablaze 3 lights. Ran a 16g wire from each of them to constant power to the inside of the fuse block on 5amp inline fuses through a 40amp relay.

The issue I am having is that when I turn on the lights with the push button switch, they both come on and light up. One flickers on start up then fully illuminates. After about 10-15 seconds it dims right down then goes into what seems like a safety mode where in blinks off and on.

I ran the power straight to the battery and didn't seem to have a problem.

Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
