2013 moomba lsv. Keeps water in the battery storage compartment. Is there not a drain in this compartment to go to the lower hull to drain?

It’s getting water in it due to rain. And water coming in where cover goes around tower. This is the only place I see water standing. Starting to cause mold on seats that I have to keep cleaning
