Got the quick release pin conversion done, super easy to remove struts then tray , box anchor and bumpers with lots of room to spare , super stoked. And got the swivels on racks , was a good day for mods

What did you use to convert the struts to the pins to make them easier to remove? And that thing came out great!

I unscrewed the plastic end off the strut and went to the hardware store and got a rod end to screw on instead , the factory struts had metric threads so I did swap those with a set of struts from Napa then machined a mount for the quick release pin to go in , utilizing factory holes and hardware

There is for sure , that stuff only took up barely over half the space.
