I booked over the phone and never got an email confirmation either. I called a couple of days later to confirm though, and they said they would re-send it. Still waiting on the email.

got email confirmation but didn't have any room info. I emailed the guy back and he replied saying I was in room #13. he said he only had one room left which was a lake view not lake front
