Wetsuit Stains

Left my wetsuit out to dry and looks like it faded some of my navy blue on my vinyl. Can this be restored? When I lifted up the wetsuit the vinyl was pretty moist and it was like this for about 2 weeks. I usually take really good care of my boat cleaning it at least once a week. I usually use babes but didnt have any on hand. Anything else I can try.

If you find something, let me know. I left a new life jacket against the engine cowling for a day and have a stain to prove it. I have tried many products (Babes, 3M, Meguirs, bleach, ammonia), but none have made a dent. I have not done the majic eraser, which should work. Before I sell it (whenever that will be), I will try that.

its frustrating, will magic eraser ruin the vinyl if you use it?

Not sure what to recommend , but to answer about the majic eraser, in a word YES,it will ruin it if you are not really carefull as it acts like sandpaper and just wears the vinyl out.

It is an abrasive but I would probably try it in a small spot to get rid of the stain. If you use it just make sure you put a good amount of protectant on afterwards because that stuff will take off the UV protection that's on the vinyl.

Don't know how to fix it, but for I'd say don't buy a light colored wet suit if you plan to pee in it.
