zerk fitting on mob-V shaft
Hey All,
Lately when I throttle up my boat makes a ziiiiiip type of sound. I'm thinking I need to grease the zerk fittings to eleviate the sound.
I have a question regarding the shaft on my 2000 Mob-V.
I was able to find the zerk fitting on my rudder, but I can't find any on the shaft. Is there some place were I'm supposed to lube it?
Using the dealer in my area is not an option, the maintnance mechanics are complete idiots, and I have done all of my own work since purchase.

Grease fitting
Shaft doesn't have one. Uses wax impregnated rope packing instead.
