I found a couple of pictures I happen to have of the breakers directly behind my back seat on a 2021 Makai. Two of them are labeled as Ballast. I don't see anything labeled as Tabs. But maybe somewhere else if they're not on the same circuit. ...... You know now that I think about it (after having said all that), if your other tabs are moving fine, then it's software or a bad actuator ( could be a loose connector for that one too). I doubt each tab actuator has its own breaker.

I'm hoping I'll be able to resolve the issue with just a software flash as it did for @larry_arizona when he had the same issue and not the actuator, but at least I know what to do and check when I am ready to summarize my boat.
