    If you don't want to do any cutting, I would get some small "L" brackets and mount it tightly up against the bottom of the helm over your Knee space just to the right of the steering wheel.

    My preferred spot is to the right of the steering wheel. This allows the left hand to stay on the wheel and the right to work the throttle and EQ.

    I would consider getting the 420SQ Underdash mount. Makes for a sturdy install and clean look.

    it's where we mounted 420's in our supra, our first tige and last tige. we bolted L brackets under the dash to some structural metal for the dash and used small stereo backstrap pieces to "drop" the 420 to hang even with the bottom of the dash.
