is the group buy only for purchasing one of the packages? I don't need the pump, only need fenders and bungees...

As of now, the discount will only be applied to the Prestige Package. However, assuming you want 4 balls the package includes both types of bungees and comes in at a lower price than piecemeal...and that's before the discount.
